Refund Policy

Our courses are digital content — carefully built, thoroughly tested, and delivered instantly. Please read this policy in full before purchasing.

Last updated: 15 April 2026

We do not offer discretionary refunds.

All purchases of digital content on DigitalParents.AI are final once you have accessed the material. By completing a purchase and accessing course content, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived from the point of first access.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected — see section 3 below.

1. No Discretionary Refunds

We invest significant resource in creating expert-led, evidence-based course content. Because our courses are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on the basis of change of mind, dissatisfaction with content style, or personal circumstances.

If you are unsure whether a course is right for you, we encourage you to:

  • Use the Free Preview available on all Digital Safety courses before purchasing.
  • Take our free 3-minute quiz to receive a personalised recommendation.
  • Email us at helpdesk@digitalparents.ai with any questions before you buy.

2. Technical Faults

If you experience a technical problem preventing you from accessing purchased content — for example, content that fails to load, videos that do not play, or features that are consistently unavailable — please contact us before assuming the issue cannot be resolved.

We will investigate and make every reasonable effort to fix the fault promptly. In most cases, technical issues can be resolved within 1–3 business days.

Please include in your message:

  • The course name and the specific module or feature affected.
  • A description of the fault and when it occurs.
  • Your device type and browser.
  • Any screenshots or error messages if available.

3. Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If purchased content is defective and does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a statutory remedy — in the following order:

  1. 1Repair: We will attempt to fix the defect.
  2. 2Replacement: If a repair is not possible, we will provide replacement access.
  3. 3Price reduction or refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the statutory rights described above. This policy does not affect your rights as a consumer under English law.
