Free Family Snapshot Assessment

See what you're not seeing.

Most parents finish the Snapshot noticing something they had not put into words before.

32 plain-English questions across 8 areas of your child's life. 8 minutes. One radar chart of what is steady and what is straining, plus the 3 courses matched to the areas you have already noticed are tightest. No diagnosis. No clinical scoring. Just the structure most parents do not realise they have been missing.

Most parents score lower than they expect on at least one domain. That is not a failure. That is the first place to look.

Not a clinical assessment. Not an IQ test. Not a diagnosis. Just structured reflection, grounded in globally recognised child-development frameworks.

See what you actually notice

Answering 32 specific questions gives you what asking yourself “how's my child doing?” can't — structure. Most parents finish the Snapshot noticing something they hadn't put into words before.

Know exactly where to start

With 36 courses across three pillars, the hardest thing is knowing what to do first. Your Snapshot routes you to the 3 courses that match your tightest domains — so you don't have to guess.

Measure the shift

After any course you complete, your free re-check shows how your Snapshot has changed. Most parents see movement in 3–5 domains within 4 weeks.

Questions parents ask

Is this a medical or clinical test?

No. The Family Snapshot Assessment is a structured parent-reflection tool. It is not a medical device, not a clinical assessment and does not diagnose anything. If you're worried about your child's wellbeing, please speak to a qualified professional.

What ages does it cover?

Parents of children aged 4–17. The questions are designed to work across that range, with the radar adjusting its interpretation based on the age you enter.

How long does it take?

32 questions, about 8 minutes on average. You can save and return if you need to.

Will I have to pay?

No. The Snapshot is fully free. You only pay if you decide to buy one of the courses we recommend.

Do I need to create an account?

No — you do not need an account to take the Snapshot. We do ask for your email at the end so we can save your Snapshot and send it to you, because most parents come back to theirs more than once. You can delete your data any time.

Can I re-take it?

Yes — the standard re-check is free after any course you complete. Parents with 12+ courses unlock the premium quarterly Family Benchmark Report.

What happens with my child's data?

We never collect your child's full name, medical data, school records, photos or location. We only collect your answers, your child's age and gender and (if you enter one) a first name or nickname for your results page.

Who wrote the questions?

Questions were designed drawing on the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (Goodman, 1997), WHO Adolescent Wellbeing frameworks, APA child-development research and OECD wellbeing scales.

Ready to see what you've been noticing?
