The Family Snapshot Assessment is a structured reflection tool for parents. It is grounded in globally recognised child-development frameworks, including research from the World Health Organization, the American Psychological Association, and the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (Goodman, 1997).
What this IS:
- A parent-reported observation tool, answered by you
- A tool to help you reflect on what you notice, and route you to relevant courses
- A baseline you can return to after a course, to track the shifts you've observed
What this is NOT:
- A medical or clinical assessment
- A diagnosis of any condition (including ADHD, autism, anxiety, dyslexia, or others)
- A test of IQ, cognitive ability, or academic performance
- A substitute for professional advice from a doctor, psychologist, educator, or therapist
If you're worried about your child's wellbeing, please speak to a qualified professional. If you're concerned about immediate safety, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts, contact your country's crisis line or emergency services immediately.
Your answers are stored securely and used only to generate your personal results, recommend relevant courses, and (in anonymised aggregate form) improve what we offer. You can delete your data at any time.
