Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DigitalParents.AI. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: 15 April 2026 · Governed by the laws of England and Wales

1. About These Terms

DigitalParents.AI is operated by ILM Education Consultants Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

2. Your Account

  • You must be 18 or over to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your login with others or allow others to access courses purchased under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these terms, without refund.

3. Course Purchases and Licence

  • Purchasing a course or bundle grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that content for your own private, non-commercial educational use.
  • All prices are shown in GBP. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. Your purchase is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Access begins immediately upon successful payment. You acknowledge that by accessing digital content immediately, you expressly consent to the supply commencing before the end of any cancellation period and understand that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is lost from that point. Our Refund Policy applies instead.
  • 'Lifetime access' means access for as long as DigitalParents.AI operates. In the unlikely event we cease trading, we will provide at least 90 days' written notice and make reasonable efforts to provide copies of purchased content.

4. Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy in full. We do not offer discretionary refunds on digital content once accessed. If course content is defective and we cannot repair or replace it, your statutory remedy rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content — including course material, videos, scripts, the INTERACT model, frameworks, and branding — is owned by or licensed to ILM Education Consultants Ltd. All rights reserved.
  • Your licence to access content does not give you any ownership rights. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, broadcast, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
  • Personal notes, reflections, and responses you create within the platform remain your property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or course access with any other person.
  • Screen-record, download, copy, redistribute, or resell any course content.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract content from the platform by automated means.
  • Post harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content in any community feature.
  • Use the platform or its content for any commercial, training, or institutional purpose without our prior written agreement.

7. Certificates and Credentials

On completing a course you will receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued in your name. Certificates are non-transferable. The “Certified Digital Parent” designation reflects completion of our accredited curriculum — it is a platform-issued credential, not a regulated professional qualification.

8. Educational Nature of Content

DigitalParents.AI provides evidence-informed educational content to support parenting decisions. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or safeguarding advice. If you have concerns about your child's safety or wellbeing, please also seek appropriate professional support.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILM Education Consultants Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

10. Changes to the Platform

We may add, change, or remove features from the platform. We will not remove access to content you have purchased. Pricing may change for new purchases; your existing licences are unaffected by any price change.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us first at helpdesk@digitalparents.ai — most issues can be resolved quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
